1. our cancellation commitment

at opdrop, we believe you should never feel trapped in a subscription you no longer want. you can cancel your opdrop subscription at any time, with no long-term contracts, no minimum commitment period, and no cancellation fees.

we just ask for seven days notice before your next billing date to ensure your cancellation is processed in time.

2. how to cancel

to cancel your opdrop subscription, please contact us by email at hello@opdrop.co.uk with the subject line "cancellation request" and include the email address associated with your subscription.

we aim to process all cancellation requests within three working days of receipt and will confirm your cancellation by email.

important: to avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must submit your cancellation request at least seven days before your next scheduled payment date. cancellation requests received fewer than seven days before the next billing date may result in one further payment being taken, after which your subscription will be cancelled.

3. what happens after you cancel

once your cancellation is confirmed:

  • you will continue to receive your weekly opdrop drops until the end of your current paid billing period
  • no further payments will be taken after your cancellation is processed
  • your access to the opdrop email service will end at the conclusion of your final paid billing period
  • your personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy

we will not charge you anything further after your cancellation is confirmed and your final billing period has ended.

4. refund policy

all opdrop subscription payments are final. we do not offer refunds on monthly subscription payments that have already been processed.

this includes situations where you have not made use of the weekly drops during a paid billing period. the subscription fee covers access to the service, not guaranteed participation in any specific opportunity.

under the consumer rights act 2015 and consumer contracts regulations 2013, you retain statutory rights as a uk consumer. if you believe you are entitled to a refund under uk law, please contact us at hello@opdrop.co.uk and we will review your request in good faith.

5. your 14 day cooling off right

as this is a digital service, once subscribed you waive your right to the 14 day cooling off period, as by signing up you expressly acknowledge that the service has begun.

6. cancellation by opdrop

we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription in the following circumstances:

  • failure to maintain a valid payment method resulting in a failed payment
  • breach of our terms and conditions, including misrepresentation of your creator credentials
  • use of the opdrop service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose
  • sharing or redistributing the weekly drop email to non-subscribers

where we cancel your subscription due to a breach of our terms, no refund will be issued for any remaining period. where we cancel for any other reason, we will refund any unused portion of your current billing period on a pro-rata basis.

7. resubscribing after cancellation

you are welcome to resubscribe to opdrop at any time after cancellation. resubscribing will be treated as a new subscription and you will be billed at the current monthly rate from your new subscription start date.
